For the treatment of ADD ADHD, use an alarm set at 15-30 minute intervals
- Every time the alarm goes off, write down everything you’ve been doing.

- ”A” for vital
- “B” for important
- “C” for marginally

>>Determine when your energy level is highest
>>Schedule your best time (the time when your energy level
is the highest) and do important tasks during that time period.
>>Establish goals (long-term), (mid-term), and (short-term)
>>Set Priorities
>>Keep a daily planner

- Plan 60% of your day
- Leave 20% for unscheduled things that happen
- Leave 20% for longer time needed than scheduled
- Be flexible
- Pace yourself
- Complete unfinished tasks to the next day
- Group tasks together
